First Day of Spring Pictures

Our peach tree in the backyard.



California Poppies are all over right now. Lots along the roadside.
These are a short walk from the door of my office.



Tree on the street across from the office.



Wisteria at the far end of our shared parking lot at work.


I took DS to the park this afternoon to meet with two other moms and their children. A lovely day.
Thankful to be alive.

    Oh, the happy sweetness just about brings tears to my eyes. There is a while to go before I will have such sights, and over the winter months I actually forget how wonderful spring is.

    Oh, I can hardly wait to see it here! We are all brown and gray here, but I did see some crocus shoots the other day!

    We have pink blossoms and white magnolia blooms where I am but I had to spend the first spring dawn minutes de-icing the vehicle's windshield :-P
